How this changes
It can change, and it is meant to be expensive to change. Amendments happen by decision rather than by erosion: through governance, with the reasons published alongside the change, so that what this place believes can never quietly become something else while everyone is looking the other way.
Nothing above has been amended yet, so there is no version number, no revision date and no list of changes on this page. There is also no Canon steward named, because none has been bound. When the first decision is published, it will carry its reasons and it will be findable — and until then, showing a version for a document that has never been through governance would be the more comfortable lie.
